Plagiarism Policy

In maintaining the high quality and integrity of research, JASBaP enforces a strict anti-plagiarism policy.

Maximum Allowed Index 20%

Screening Process

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism and self-plagiarism using Turnitin or iThenticate before being sent to reviewers.

Strict Rejection

Manuscripts exceeding the 20% similarity limit will be automatically rejected. Papers with high similarity in the methodology or results section will also face scrutiny.

Important Notes for Authors:
  • Ensure all quotes and direct ideas from others are properly cited using APA/Harvard style.
  • Authors are encouraged to check their work using plagiarism software before submission.
  • If plagiarism is detected after publication, the journal will follow COPE guidelines for retraction.
